How to lay ceramic tile on painted concrete floor.
Spread another 2 feet by 2 feet layer of tile adhesive beside the first and lay tiles on it in the same way.
Begin adhering your first two rows of tile.
Then use a square tool to check that the lines are perpendicular to one another.
Use a thin coat of tile adhesive on the back of each tile.
If you are new to tile installation use grout spacers to lay out and set your tile.
Wipe up any glue that seeps up between tiles.
Use a chalk line to mark your starting point on the concrete floor.
Now that you have a reference point you can be sure that the first row of tiles will be properly aligned.
Use spacers for accuracy.
You should either strip or bead blast the concrete and thoroughly clean it.
Continue until all the full tiles have been laid.
