I hate to say you may need a new panel on the bottom of the oven.
How to get aluminum foil off oven floor.
You cannot scrape it off nor cook it off as it will not vaporize into dust with the high heat.
But this is the method i used and it worked awesome for the situation.
I lined the bottom of my oven with aluminum foil with the intention of catching drips etc.
I also ran oven through the self cleaning procedure with no luck.
In about 15 minutes the foil bonded with the blue interior.
However for removing stuck on aluminum from your oven this is exactly what you want.
I too have a brand new oven ended up with two sheets of aluminum foil melted to bottom floor of oven.
In any case most likely the aluminum foil has melted into the nooks and crannies that this surface provides.
The metals present in the foil must have already been infused with the floor of the oven.
I may try using it a couple more times and hopefully all of the aluminum foil will be gone.
First none of the methods previous mentioned will totally get the foil off the oven.
Any other use of protective liners or aluminum foil may result in a risk of electric shock or fire or a short circuit.
I let it stay on the bottom of the oven for 5 hours with the door closed.
Now wipe off the liquid and scrub with some baking soda and steel wool.
Once done wash the area to remove any oven cleaner residue.
Only use aluminum foil as recommended for baking if used as a cover placed on the food.
Protective liners do not use aluminum foil to line oven bottom or any other part of the appliance.
Additional tips and advice.
Wipe off and repeat the process if needed until all the foil is removed.
Even scraping it with a hard plastic edge like a spatula won t get it loose.
Make sure you do this step very gently to avoid scraping off the enamel coating of the oven.
Fold the towel and lay it over the foil area.
Our situation is the same from above.
Then i tried to remove the aluminum foil with a rubber and plastic utensil.
The water on the towel will turn to steam that will cause the foil to release from the oven floor.
I found out afterwards that this is something that should not be done since the aluminum will melt and fuse on to the surface of the bottom of the oven.
Wait for the oven to cool then carefully peel off the pieces of foil.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees f close the door and wait 30 minutes.
Food started to drip on the bottom and we put aluminum foil on the bottom.
I read the booklet that came with oven tried all their ideas with no luck.
Some of the foil came off but not all of it.
